Campus display of intangible cultural heritages arouses interest of students.


Schools in Baoshan District are holding exhibitions of intangible cultural heritages this week to celebrate June 1 Children’s Day.


There are also performances of dragon dance, dry-boat dance and folk music played on traditional instruments.


The 33 local intangible cultural heritages on exhibit include reed weaving, art of paper-cutting, and sculpture of dough figurines.


More than 1,500 primary and middle school students saw the exhibitions and performances. District officials plan to hold more such activities in the future.
